I have been training with Emi for almost a year. Signing up for Personal Training was one of the best investments I have made in my health. I initially hesitated to sign up for Personal Training because of the cost and time commitment. I work in healthcare, and my work schedule is all over the place. Emi was very accommodating, and we were able to find times that worked with my busy work schedule while maintaining some consistency with my workout days.
My favorite part about having a Personal Trainer is that the workouts are tailored to my needs, goals, and fitness level. The best part of training with Emi is learning from her and gaining more body awareness and strength. She is extremely knowledgeable, passionate about fitness, and has a great personality. She is inspiring and makes the training session very enjoyable.
The personal training sessions with Emi helped me overcome chronic joint pain, improved my stamina, and got me through working in healthcare during a pandemic. Not only my physical health has improved in the last year, but also my mental health.

I have been training with Emi now for 8 months. I specifically chose her after watching how she trained her other clients. I clearly made the right decision.

I sought personal training to address muscle imbalances, and increase mobility and strength. I wanted to get the left side of my body working more efficiently, and feel less discomfort. Now the pain is gone, and I am working on building strength.

What I like most is the one-on-one instruction, coaching, monitoring, and tracking of results. I also rely on her for accountability. Without her, I struggle to come in to the gym on my own.

I was seeking someone to push me toward my goals. I was looking for a change in routine. My experience with other trainers varied. Unfortunately, it didn't work out with my previous trainer because he left the gym. I stuck with Emi as my trainer because she pushed me with workouts that were different and made me more well rounded at the gym.
There were no negatives about training with her. I thought she was fantastic. After the first month of training with her I could see results. My core and endurance and leg muscles have gotten much stronger. I've incorporated more leg workouts in my own daily routine.
Before I started training with Emi, my ankles were very weak and would ache while performing squats and deadlifts. After our time together, I'm happy to report that I no longer have that pain, and my body has never been stronger!
At first, I thought I was too old for deadlifts and strenuous workouts. I was also afraid of re-injuring my shoulders. But, Emi is so kind, patient and knowledgeable. She helped me change my misconceptions about working out. She educated me on workouts that aligned with my level of fitness, work, and hobbies in a safe way, but also made it fun and filled me with joy. She showed me exercises that have helped me improve the power of my golf swing.
I found that training with Emi helped my mental and physical confidence. It was quite tough at the beginning, but by the end of the session, I would find myself enjoying how accomplished I felt.

This was my first time working with a personal trainer. I had tried to tried to work out and lose weight on my own before, and so at first I was scared that I would fail and not survive the challenges.
I liked how Emi was able to accommodate my schedule. Best of all, I had a good time. The workouts were hard, but also fun! It was perfect!
I would 100% recommend Emi as a personal trainer because she knows what she's teaching and understands your limits. She just wants the best for you.
