Team training involves a group working together to achieve their fitness goals. I create a customized workout plan and coach the team together. Smart, progressive programming that is fully customizable to your individual skill level and ability.

Online Training

Online one-one-one training is conducted virtually, through a combination of videos, messaging, and email. I create a customized plan and provide guidance and support to help you achieve your goals. Online training can be done from anywhere, so it can be a good option for people with busy schedules, who prefer to workout on their own, on their own schedule, and at the location of their choosing. They may also live in remote areas, or travel a lot.
